A type diagram of EBILock 950 microprocessor interlocking tower equip- ment, as well as the research results of the tower equipment reliability, was pre- sented in the article, both taking into account and without considering mainte- nance. The ability to «control» the level of failure rate of redundant subsystems of interlocking tower equipment by means of maintenance was demonstrated. The comparative analysis of EBILock 950 microprocessor interlocking tower equip- ment reliability and electrical relay interlocking systems under actual Krasnoyarsk road operating conditions was given.
