Abstract:
This article presents an algorithm for developing international transport corridors (ITCs), which will serve as a foundation for developing competencies for young specialists in the transport industry. Based on an analysis of the North-South and West-East ITCs, a flowchart has been developed, covering stages from preliminary analysis and route selection to the conclusion of intergovernmental agreements and analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of transport corridor performance for the transportation process participants. The algorithm substantiates the need to consider various factors and includes a set of parameters that must be considered when making decisions on ITC development. The article aims to systematize the ITC development process, which will enable the training of new engineering personnel to ensure technological leadership in international logistics.
