A model of the faculty’s quality management system has been developed, which ensures an increase in the effectiveness of the educational process while meeting the requirements of the university-wide quality management system. Key “quality control points” have been identified in the faculty’s educational processes. Recommendations have been formulated for integrating the faculty’s local processes into the university’s overall quality management system
