The article examines the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) for the modernization of laboratory practice in the discipline “Engineering Ecology”. Specific cases of using AI tools are analyzed, pedagogical effects and methodological limitations are evaluated. Examples of integration of neural network services, predictive modeling platforms and automated analytical systems into the educational process are given.
