Abstract:
This article substantiates the need to develop specialized methodological recommendations for academic group curators on conducting curatorial hours aimed at alleviating anxiety in first-year students. It analyzes the psychological difficulties of the adaptation period at the beginning of professional training at a transportation university, which act as factors for anxiety. Based on a theoretical analysis of domestic and international research in educational psychology and stress psychology, a structure and key substantive components of the recommendations are proposed, including diagnostic, educational, practice-oriented, and resource-based components. The proposed methodological recommendations for conducting curatorial hours can serve as a practical mechanism for managing the adaptation of first-year students at a transportation university
