In this article the problem of ensuring technological leadership of organizations in terms of scientific organization of labor is discussed. In this article the problem of the value-motivational sphere of state employees (n = 225) is examined. The relationship between such characteristics of employees as life values, work motivation and job satisfaction were studied. The importance of satisfaction with the team, conditions and content of work among employees is emphasized to ensure high-quality organization of work and effective cooperation with the management of the organization.
