Alexander Nikitin, is a leading scientist and recognized expert in the field of design and operation of safe ecosystems for railway transport. Name A.B.Nikitin is well known to specialists on all roads of JSC Russian Railways, many industrial transport enterprises and in metropolitan areas of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, where developments made with his participation have been successfully operated for many years. Nikitin A.B. is a member of three Scientific and Technical Councils (JSC Russian Railways (section “Automation and Telemechanics”), JSC High-Speed Railways, Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure of St. Petersburg), editor-in-chief of the first quartile journal of the Higher Attestation Commission “Automation in Transport”, member of the editorial board magazines “Automation, Communications, Informatics”, “World of Transport”, expert on the signaling system of the Commission (OSJD) for infrastructure and rolling stock, Warsaw.
