The presented article describes three graphical models of the information space: semantic and functional, customer and systematical and technical and dynamic. The fi rst one defi nes only the content and interaction of parts of the in-formation space and gives an idea of it in static. The second model allows to estimate the dynamics of data exchange, the benefi ts of the merger of information and communication services. The third one shows technical tools of information and communication system and their development in dynamics in the future. This complex approach for screening of one and the same system allows to learn and to understand it from all sides, and using this a basis - to move from understanding to knowledge. The material, in some sort, is problematic. It is possible to use analytic, logic and philosophical approaches to the subject of interest.
